iTunes 6, 5G iPod, iMac

Posted by rom on October 13, 2005

Well, Apple just released their new line up for the holidays – two new fifth generation iPods that plays video, displays photos and of course, plays music as well. Couple that with the new iTunes 6 and the new iMac with built-in iSight and media center and a remote that is far less in size than what other media centers remotes of today are.

Anyway, I do want that video-iPod since I do love watching movies and TV series. With iTunes supporting ABC TV series such as Desperate Housewives, Lost and Nightstalker as well as two Disney TV shows, it will not take that long to convince the other networks to support the iPod. I mean, this is supposed to test the market and I am sure that this will have some effects on shows being pirated.

I do wish that the new iPod supports encoding, too. Well, I guess I am asking too much at the moment – maybe next year.

Watch out for my black 60GB 5G iPod. 🙂
